Prominent manufacturer in the aluminum industry seeks motivated and career minded full-time assistant production manager who wants to learn and grow with our company. Candidate must work well with others in a team environment, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, be well organized in a multi-task setting, and possess mechanical aptitude.

Job Description
Involved in the responsibility and oversight of the production team including raw materials processing, production lines, product packaging, shipping/receiving. Position coordinates closely with the maintenance department to continually optimize production lines. Additional duties include daily organization/distribution of production documentation and regular monitoring of packaging supplies inventories. Operation of a forklift/front-end loader are required at times. Must have the ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, and work in an environment that fluctuates with the seasons. Position is a first shift salaried position reporting directly to the Vice President, Operations.

Qualifications
High School diploma or greater. Four-year degree in business, organizational leadership, or related field a plus. Candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft® Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong work ethic, attendance reliability, and willingness to learn are essential, mechanical aptitude preferred.

Prominent manufacturer in the aluminum industry seeks motivated and career minded Laboratory Technician for our Quality Assurance laboratory. Candidate must work well in a team environment; be proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Responsibilities will include the chemical and physical analysis of all products; calibration, operation, and maintenance of several analytical instruments including a Spectro Arcos ICP Spectrometer; preparation of quality assurance documentation and provide additional general administrative and technical support to the organization.
