Figs Structures is hiring! We are looking for experienced construction laborers to join our crew immediately.

CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience working in construction, especially:

🏗️ Framing
🧱 Concrete
🔨 General construction
📐 Reading plans and following jobsite instructions
💪 Working as part of a crew and getting the job done
🏠Roofing

Please understand: We are looking for someone with actual construction experience. Experience working in a factory, RV manufacturing, warehouse, or other non construction setting does not qualify for this position.

If you don't have hands on construction experience, this is not the position for you.

We want someone who knows construction not someone we have to teach from the ground up.

We need someone who can show up to a jobsite and already understands the basics of construction and how to work with tools, materials, and a crew.

💰 PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE. The more construction experience and skills you bring to the table, the more earning potential you have.

Meet Jorge, the face behind Figs Structures.

Think of Jorge as your main guy for every part of the job. From clearing land and pouring concrete to building custom garages and fixing up exteriors, he’s there to guide you, even through those late night worries about whether you picked the right siding color!
Jorge didn't start this business just to be his own boss. Growing up with very little taught him the value of hard work, gratitude, and fighting for every opportunity. He built this company to give his family a better life and to create real opportunities for others. Jorge firmly believes everyone deserves a second chance and a team that believes in them.
His promise on every project is simple: treat your property like his own and make the whole process completely stress-free.
When he’s off the clock, you’ll find Jorge spending time with his son or out at the barn with their horse.

Safe to say we’ve been busy building instead of posting 🛠️🧰

Things have been so crazy busy on site lately that sharing our recent projects online took a back seat.

The good news? We finally handed off the password to a new social media manager to keep up with everything we’re working on (no pressure! 😂)
