We are seeking a skilled technician with experience in a leadership role in a well-established, family-owned-and-operated business. Salary is based on experience with room to increase if performance is displayed. Must be able to diagnose problems with all HVAC equipment including oil burners, natural gas systems, conventional AC systems and heat pump split systems. Must be able to install and service the above equipment as well. Customer service is our top priority so performing these tasks in a neat, timely and professional manner is a must. Must have MA oil burner license, clean driving record, EPA certificate. Must pass CORI check. We are also offering a competitive sign-on bonus.
Compensation based on experience.
