All hands on deck!

One of our clients lost hot water due to a few bad components in their aged heating system. After comparing pricing for repairs vs. and upgrade to a newer high efficiency system and choosing the latter, we got them up and running ASAP!

We always appreciate it when a client decides to replace heating equipment in the off season, even if it’s the last thing they are thinking about with outdoor temps in the 80s. The job just goes a lot smoother for everyone when we aren’t under the gun to get heat back on right away.

High efficiency boiler upgrade with a 60 gallon indirect water heater so they never run out of hot water

It’s a vacation home, so we recommended a Moen Flo automatic water shutoff valve for peace of mind. If there’s ever a leak, the water will automatically be shut down to prevent damage.

Kitchen sink drains are by far the most commonly backed up drain in the house. No matter how careful you are to keep grease and food from getting down there, buildup still accumulates over time. Homes with garbage disposals are even more at risk. Always run plenty of soapy water down the drain after doing dishes or using a garbage disposal to prevent backups.

Spring is in the air - It’s the time of year when we find out whose irrigation was winterized, or wasn’t.

These vacuum breakers take a beating from spending thier entire life in the elements. They have lots of small internal parts that hold water and can freeze or wear out. Even those that are properly winterized every year still need some maintenance from time to time.

Here’s a before and after of a recent replacement that will last for years to come if properly maintained.
