J. Burgess Remodeling & Construction is looking for a Field Assistant to join our team on Cape Cod and the South Shore.
We're a residential remodeling company running additions, basement finishes, sunrooms, and full interior renovations. We're busy, and we need someone dependable who can keep our job sites moving.
What the role looks like:
• Picking up and delivering materials to job sites
• Demo, site prep, and daily cleanup
• Punch list and touch-up work as jobs wrap up
• Helping our carpenters and subs stay on task
• Keeping sites organized, safe, and presentable for homeowners
What we're looking for:
• Reliable — shows up on time, every day
• Valid driver's license and a clean record (you'll be driving to sites and suppliers)
• Willing to work hard and learn the trade
• Respectful around customers' homes
• Construction experience is a plus, but a good attitude matters more
What we offer:
• Full-time, year-round work — we have a real backlog, not seasonal filler
• Paid weekly, W-2
• A written path to grow we have defined skill levels and pay bands, so you know exactly what it takes to earn more
