Quick follow-up on our last production update:

Last week we shared that the factory told us they were out of ball bearings, which are a critical component for our pour spouts.

So on Monday, when we went to the factory to pick up other product, we brought additional ball bearings from our office to help keep things moving.

Here’s the interesting part…
When we arrived, there were already ball bearings there, but assembly wasn’t running at the time.

The good news is that the parts do appear to be available, and even if our eyes deceived us, the factory has indicated that ball bearings will officially be back in stock on the 23rd. Once assembly resumes, we’re expecting orders to start shipping again soon.

We’re continuing to push for updates and will keep everyone posted as soon as we have confirmed timelines.

We just received word that the factory is out of parts again (shocking, I know 🙃).

If you’re currently waiting on an order, this is most likely the reason for the delay. We’re actively working to get things moving again and will keep everyone updated as soon as we have a timeline.
