Great work from our youngest machinist. Full re-shaft job on a 350 hp Baldor motor. Finished specs were well under all required machine specs and final installed run outs met the specs of a machine that runs 2x this RPM. Amazing work from a promising young talent within our organization.

Top notch work from the crew on this project. No details missed on these motors and met the customer deadline as needed. Can’t say enough good things about our crew, customers, and the projects we get to be a part of. Removed all 4 motors, transported to the shop, executed a full recondition of all 4 motors, re-installed, and vibration analysis performed for future maintenance trending. All in a matter of a few weeks.

WI Christmas dinner 2025. Thanks to all of the crew for their hard work, continued growth, and constant support of our organization. Amid some general industry hurdles, we still pulled off a good year and saw growth mixed with continued support from loyal long time customers. Shout out to Taste of Teton for providing a great venue with great food and service. We highly recommend them.
