Just a few weeks ago, our crew had the privilege of taking part in the OBX Polar Plunge ❄️🌊

All of it in support of the Special Olympics — an organization that gives incredible athletes the opportunity to compete, grow, and be part of something bigger.

This one wasn’t about work, business, or anything like that… just being part of a great cause and a strong community.

A lot of respect to everyone who showed up, donated, and took the plunge.

We’re proud to have been a small part of it — and even more proud of what this event stands for.

# # # 👈 **On the Left: Isaiah Sands – Project Manager**

Isaiah began his career in the Norfolk shipyard as a shipfitter and welder, mastering precision, structural awareness, and tough-environment craftsmanship. From there, he cut his teeth in the General Contracting world—working as a lead carpenter on new construction, renovations, and light framing.

Isaiah joined Sea Thru as a field technician and has **earned his way—rightfully so—into the Project Manager seat.**
He’s the one you’ll see on-site, coordinating crews, keeping quality tight, and ensuring every job meets the **Sea Thru standard of detail and durability. **
If the work looks clean… chances are Isaiah had his hands on it.
