🎓🏡 J3 Homes started a scholarship, and we found the perfect first recipient.

Congratulations to Micah Sands, graduating senior at North Polk High School and the first winner of the J3 Homes Scholarship!

Micah will be attending Dordt University this fall to study, you guessed it, construction engineering. A future builder, recognized by builders. It doesn’t get better than this.

Two of the partners at J3 Homes are North Polk graduates, and giving back to the community that helped shape us was the inspiration behind this scholarship. Supporting students who are passionate about the construction industry is something we’re proud to be a part of.

We’re so excited to officially welcome Grant Croat to the team!!

For those who don’t know, Grant is Catie’s husband, which makes this extra special for us. He’s stepping away from corporate America to join our family business and will be working closely with both J3 Homes clients and our sister company, Pinnacle Home Improvements.
He’ll be helping with project management, job site coordination, and making sure everything runs smoothly while maintaining the quality we’re known for.

From selecting the right insulation to installing a mini split for precise temperature control, every element was thoughtfully planned to protect and showcase their collection. The custom-built door was designed to seal tight, and the rich stain was carefully chosen to complement the bottles perfectly.
