We are excited to share the rendering of the upcoming renovation we did for MIDFLORIDA Credit Union ’s downtown Lakeland location. The 1st floor features a dedicated community room, alongside a modern, open-concept shared remote work area that fosters collaboration and productivity. The 2nd floor will also provide additional shared workspaces, while the 3rd through 5th floors will house office spaces. This project, scheduled to begin in 2025, reflects a commitment to creating a versatile and collaborative environment for both the community and MIDFLORIDA’s staff. Stay tuned for more updates!

Contest time, good one for soccer players/fans. As we dismantle the interior of this 45,000sf building, lets see who can guess how tall this building is... in size 5 soccer balls. Size 5's are about 9” in diameter (hint, its about 10 soccer balls to top of the entry door). Im giving away (2) $100 visa gift cards to the (2) closest guessers. Also, a fellow soccer coach Pascal @ Millien Dreams Foundation just recently had a beautiful baby girl so im making a matching donation to him to help out with baby goodies. Current project, starting on the historical Oates Building in downtown Lakeland. We're providing complete interior demo on all floors totaling a 45,000sf project area. This building was constructed almost 100 years ago in 1925 and its original use was a furniture store which closed in 1967. We are proud to provide services on this prestigious historical landmark in our community

Another fun contest to give away some cash! All you have to do is like my page and guess (must guess on this company page) how many square feet the tile area is of this break room floor we’re working on. Hint, tiles are NOT exactly 12” or 24”. The winner will receive a $250 visa gift card. Also, I will be matching the $250 with a donation to a local charity, Pascal at Millien Dreams Foundation . Completed interior renderings of the core space. We are transforming this 1980's 5000sf space into a modern design with upscale finishes, 18 office suites, open break area and a common conference room. Construction starts Feb 2024
