Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer support.
* Follow up on estimates and customer inquiries.
* Build strong client relationships and help convert estimates into awarded projects.
* Maintain excellent communication and consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.
* Assist with permit applications and coordinate with local cities and counties as needed.
Requirements
* Must have previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, and Sales.
* Construction industry experience is required.
* Experience with permit applications and permitting processes for cities and counties is required.
* Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
* Spanish communication skills are preferred.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Professional, dependable, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
* Competitive base salary + commission.
