🤡😂 WHEN THE CEO THINKS HE'S ABOUT TO SCARE HIS WIFE!

Julio came prepared. The clown costume, the sneak attack, the whole production! 🤣

But he forgot one VERY important detail…

Heydie has survived YEARS of his daily nonsense! 😂💀

While Julio was busy plotting his next scare, Heydie was in full CEO-wife work mode. FOCUSED. UNBOTHERED. IMMUNE. 💅📋

🤡 Julio: 0
👑 Heydie: 100

Better luck next time, Julio! 🤣

😂🚨 SOMEONE CHECK ON DEAN!
Our CEO Julio has officially turned the office into a prank zone! Not even hiding behind a desk is enough anymore… he’s hiding UNDER them! 💀🤣
At this point, Dean needs hazard pay just for showing up to work! 😂

The cameras caught us clocking into another meeting… in our pajamas. 😂🌙

These are just two weeks of footage from our home, but this is everyday life for us. Late nights, early starts, weekends working—and those middle-of-the-night moments when you can’t sleep because your mind is still trying to figure everything out.

When you own a business, you carry more than your own responsibilities. You think about your clients, your commitments, your team, and the families counting on you. Sometimes that means Julio and Heydie’s next “management meeting” happens downstairs at 3 AM. ❤️

We’re sharing a little humor and a little truth about what happens behind the scenes at Specialty Flooring.

To our clients, partners, fellow businesses, and team: be kind, be fair, and respect the effort you may never see. Someone may be losing sleep trying to keep promises, provide for families, and make tomorrow better.

And to everyone showing up and giving their best alongside us—thank you. We see your effort, too. 🙏

🤣👻 MISSION: SCARE THE COWORKER! 🎯

We had one job… sneak up, scare him, and catch the reaction on camera! 🤡😂

Sounds easy, right? WRONG! 💀🤣

The sneaking, the suspense, the dedication… all for a little workplace entertainment! 👀😂

At Specialty Flooring, we take flooring seriously, but apparently scaring our coworkers is a full-time side hustle! 🤣❤️🖤

🔥 COMFORT WON’T BUILD THE FUTURE YOU WANT. DISCIPLINE WILL! 💪

Success isn’t about showing up only when you’re motivated. It’s about showing up when you’re tired, when things get difficult, when results aren’t coming fast enough, and when giving up feels like the easier option.

At Specialty Flooring Inc., we believe growth doesn’t happen by accident. It takes hard work, consistency, accountability, and a willingness to push beyond what’s comfortable.

🎯 Growth requires sacrifice.
💪 Goals require consistency.
🏆 Success requires accountability.

Whether you’re building a business, leading a team, chasing a dream, or simply trying to become a better version of yourself, remember this:

You can’t expect extraordinary results while holding on to ordinary habits.

Stop making excuses. Stop waiting for the perfect moment. Remember why you started and keep moving forward!

❤️🖤 At Specialty Flooring, we’re not just building beautiful spaces. We’re building stronger people, stronger teams, and a brighter future.
