Stop what youre doing for a sec and read this.
Im sure everyone reading this knows somebody who deals with bullying regularly.
And im sure everyone here knows somebody who struggles with mental problems.
Normally those two concepts are a give-and-take relationship.
Other times they go hand-in-hand.
I wish more people would be more forgiving of others problems and when they are very clearly hurt and struggling, not kicking them like a stray dog.
But it is the unfortunate world we live in that there are people out there who see to it that anybody struggling is no better than a cow patty... F***l matter dropped from a bovine's ass.
And to make matters worse, wont stop even after the person they are doing it to attempts to take his own life.
Ive walked in on one of my friends swinging from the rafters, and just 48 short hours ago, another one attempted to light himself on fire on facebook live. His reasoning was that the more pain he caused himself going out, the more pleasure it would give them in knowing he was gone.
Su***de is never the answer. Bringing yourself pain to make others happy is never the answer.
And i drive heavy trucks... Pilot cars help carry the load safely.
Always have a pilot car. Always have somebody you can call and ask for help when it seems the entire world is against you.
No matter how many people are against you, i can assure you, nobody wants to be the person to kick down your door at 3am to what remains of you.
Its a tough burden to bear. I know. But in a world where everything is falling down around us, let us all take this moment to lift one another up.
I want to let everyone know to check in on your friend. Call them. Text them. Don't let them go it alone. And even if it's a 5 minute conversation, it could very much mean the difference between them waking up the next day and you having to read their obituary in the paper asking yourself why you didnt take 30 seconds.
