The Ponca City Chamber of Commerce hosted a Gubernatorial Meet & Greet Forum featuring current Attorney General Gentner Drummond, allowing local citizens to hear his vision and priorities for Oklahoma as a candidate for Governor firsthand
During his visit to Ponca City, General Drummond engaged with our community at every level including visiting with business leaders at The Perk Beverage Co., reading with students at Ponca City Public Schools' Roosevelt Elementary, visiting the Ponca City Development Authority touring workforce training programs at Pioneer Technology Center, visiting local restaurants, a visit and tour at Northern Oklahoma College, and connecting with business owners and community leaders at Business After Hours hosted by Phillips 66 – Ponca City Refinery at the Conoco Museum.
As part of our ongoing commitment to civic engagement, the Chamber’s Ponca Politics Committee is inviting all 2026 gubernatorial candidates to participate in Meet & Greet Forums and hosting candidate forums for local elections to ensure voters have direct access to those seeking to lead.
Through these efforts, the Chamber continues to foster meaningful dialogue and empower Ponca City to shape its future with confidence. Make sure you are an informed voter. The Ponca Politics candidate forums are open to the public and are live-streamed on the Chamber's page.
