DPI Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team! If you have experience in service, sales, installation, and customer service, and you’re ready to take your career to the next level—we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform new system installations and replacements
• Conduct routine maintenance and tune-ups
• Recommend and sell system upgrades, accessories, and maintenance plans
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain issues and solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction with every job

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of HVAC experience (service, install, or both)
• EPA Certification required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-minded with the ability to identify customer needs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
