New 5.0-star Review: "Cliffs installed a brand new Rheem 5 ton ac unit after Ian. Our system we had died from the hurricane. Gave us a fair replacement cost for a new system. Took an entire day for technicians to dissemble and install entirely new system. Awesome neat job. They were great. Here we are April 2026 and we noticed the house was not cooling sufficiently. They came here on Good Friday , did what needed to fix the problem. We needed an additional part which was not available till Tuesday, but they added stimulant which was the essential problem with a leak, They were here Tuesday, finished the repair. They keep us informed by , text, phone call, email. Answered all questions we had. Nice family owned business. Our go to since 2023. Thank you so much for all your open dialogue."

I had estimates all over the court but real happy I went with Cliffs. In Punta Gorda you better find somebody you trust in the hvac business and I definitely found that company call Matt or Jeff and get Cliffs to do your ac work"

New 5.0-star Review: "First contacted Cliffs two years ago when it became apparent that my home's A/C system had "given its last full measure of devotion." As an attorney who often needs help changing the proverbial lightbulb (blame severe rheumatoid arthritis for that and all manner of hells), I often find the contractor selection process itself somewhat taxing. I am clueless though reverent about the trades, and online searches often serve only to muddy the waters further. Not so with Cliffs - my experience from day one was delightful and productive. Carol processed my initial call with grace and aplomb, Jeff gave me a more-than-fair quote whilst also providing quality name brand components, Cody and team expertly installed my new system, Johnny C recently performed thorough annual maintenance, and Matt just now promptly returned my thermostat cover battery replacement issue. And every single one of them had the patience to answer my barrage of questions! Save yourself time and headaches - just call CLIFFS."

They kept my old AC alive for a long time and when it was time, I didn't hesitate to have them install a new system. They were prompt, professional and courteous throughout the entire process. It is obvious that they are dedicated to providing a great product and service. Carol, the Office Manager, spent the time to answer all my questions and provide me with an accurate estimate while the boys did a great job installing the air handler and condenser in 95 degree heat (never once complaining). I recommend them highly."

New 5.0-star Review: "Well this call was pretty simple. The batteries in the thermostat had been put in incorrectly by my tenant and the AC would work. Usually I would address the problem personally to have an idea of the situation but I was in Boston. However, I called Cliffs before when the AC at my house was not working efficiently. The company that installed it did a poor job and for months I complained and they tried different things but it was not working correctly. It took hours to go up a degree and the system never got satisfied. The tech from Cliffs found the problem in a matter of minutes. A leak in the refrigerant supply line. He told what needed to be done and he said the installation company should fix it. I appreciated his honesty and expertise so I now use Cliffs and very happy with them."
