🏡 Another Project Completed! 🎉
We recently wrapped up a major exterior improvement project for a new customer, and we're excited to already have additional projects in talks with them.
This project included:
✔️ Complete exterior house painting
✔️ Full pool cage rescreen
✔️ Pool cage upgrades
✔️ Pressure washing
✔️ Landscape bed renovation and refresh
✔️ Exterior lighting updates
✔️ Large soffit repair

What started as a few improvements quickly turned into a complete exterior refresh. From the updated paint and pool enclosure to the landscaping, lighting, soffit repair, , this home received a significant curb appeal transformation.
One of the greatest compliments we can receive is when a customer is confident enough in our work to have us return for additional projects.

This pavilion started as an idea and is now just one step away from being fully finished.

Photo 3: Where we’re at now — clean, solid, and ready for the roof.
Only thing holding us up right now is the roofing, we recently found out the existing tile style and color has been discontinued. The homeowner’s roofing contractor is currently working on sourcing the remaining material to match the home.
Once that’s sorted, we’ll be ready to bring it all the way home 💪

One of those moments that reminds you why you take pride in what you do.🙂
While working on this pavilion project, my customer’s granddaughter (probably 7 or 8 years old) brought me water a couple of times, each time with a handwritten note.
One said, “Thanks for your hard work.”
Another said, “You’re doing amazing job. Thank you so much.” 😃
Simple things like that go a long way, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I’ll be holding onto those notes.

Project update!
We’ve completed the full exterior house painting along with the driveway, and the transformation speaks for itself. The home went from a dark, dated brown to a clean Florida-style light blue that really pops and brings the whole place to life.
Next up, we’ll be sanding and sealing the pool deck, scheduled for this week to wrap everything up the right way.

Another project underway!
We kicked things off yesterday on a full exterior refresh. including complete house painting, soffit and fascia repaint, necessary repairs, and a full rescreen of the enclosure.
We’re also addressing the hardware.

Quick project update on this pavilion 👇
Originally planned as a lean-to roof, we ended up redesigning it into a full hip roof, and it turned out to be the right move for the look and structure of this build.
It also ties in really well with the house, which already has a hip roof. Once completed, it will be finished with a matching tile roof so everything flows together nicely.
This is a freestanding outdoor pavilion-style structure, and we build these based on the design and site conditions to best fit the space.
Really happy with how this one is coming together. More progress coming soon, stay tuned for the final result.

Project Update 🔧
We were able to get in and clean up a lot of the previous material that had been applied to these panel seams. Proper prep always makes a difference when you're trying to improve and seal problem areas.
Some of the seams were able to be removed and redone, and we installed 10" peel-and-seal over those areas to create a solid, wide seal across the joints. A couple seams were too bonded to safely remove, so those were left in place and properly re-coated.
Every situation is a little different once you start getting into it, but taking the time to address each area the right way is what makes the final result come out clean.
The finished product turned out great and the photos show the difference. 👍
