Free advise from a person who has created their own success;
Anyone can sell what you have or do the task you can do. The reason your company or you as a person will be chosen to do business with is because your price is better and or your quality of work is better. Also remember just because you can sell your stock for top dollar doesn't mean you should. I'd rather sell 5,000 jobs for $100 each (profit $500,000) than only sell 2,000 jobs for $150 each (profit $300,000). Profit is much larger when you sell more at a lower price than less at a higher premium. This applies to every business out there, big, small, new, and old. Quality over quantity. BE QUALITY! BE SUCCESSFUL! YOU ARE WELCOME!!
Make your own path, carve it in gold but don't do it in vein or at the expense of others. It's easier to walk beside a person rather than over them, they could return and walk over you.
