In this role, she plays an important role in supporting the design team and contributing to the design of customer solutions. Alana focuses on helping her team be successful by ensuring they have the information, tools, and resources to complete their work effectively. To help strengthen the department, Alana is documenting processes and procedures to help capture value knowledge, fill knowledge gaps, and create resources to support current employees and training for future team members. This summer, we had the opportunity to welcome 35 interns who brought fresh perspectives, energy, and enthusiasm to our teams. We’re grateful for everything they contributed, the connections they made, and the experiences we shared along the way.

To celebrate the end of the program, they traded their desks and tools for the pickleball courts and spent an afternoon together enjoying some friendly competition and one last chance to connect as a group at The BackYard - a pickleball & social club. 🏓

A big thank you to our interns and everyone who helped make this summer such a meaningful experience. We’re excited to see the next steps of our future innovators! 💚

Members of the LogistiQ Human Resources team attended Experience Ottawa County hosted by the Ottawa County Improvement Corporation this week. The event, held at Erie-Ottawa International Airport ✈️ in partnership with Griffing Flying Service, was an opportunity to connect with local people and businesses. This year's event included a vendor showcase with local businesses, non-profits and community partners, and the opportunity to take a scenic airplane ride and guided shuttle tours of the airport.

A few weeks ago, we introduced our 𝗕𝗶-𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝟭 roller. Today, we're putting the spotlight on our 𝗕𝗶-𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝟮 roller.

Designed to improve package movement from multiple directions, the Series 2 roller makes transfers between conveyor lines safer, easier, and more ergonomic. Packages can move with up to 70% less force, improving comfort without sacrificing productivity.

LogistiQ would like to shine light on 🔦Jacob Herevia🔦 for the month of August! Jacob has been with LogistiQ for four and a half years, moving from CNC Machinist II/Programmer into his current role as Lead Machinist. As a machinist, he operated and programmed a range of CNC and manual machinery. He performed in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments. In his current lead role, Jacob focuses on safety regulations, handling machine maintenance and sustaining 5S standards. He remains a versatile team player who is always willing to support the department, whether by jumping in to program and operate machines or by training new employees.
