Looking to gauge interest in a potential new construction project in Port Clinton.
Would there be interest in a brand new 2 or 3 bedroom modular home on the corner of 7th Street and Washington, conveniently located near Magruder Hospital and Port Clinton High School?

The home would be built by American Modular Home Builders, with all foundation and site work completed by Kuzma Construction. Project management and general contracting would be handled by Travis Trent Investment Holdings, while all HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical coordination, Startup, and final punch list work would be completed by Trent Heating & Air.

Our goal is to provide a quality, energy efficient, affordable home priced competitively with similar sized homes currently available in the Port Clinton area, while offering the benefits of brand new construction and modern amenities.
For a serious buyer with approved financing, there may be an opportunity to enter into a contract before construction begins and participate in many of the design and finish selections throughout the project, including colors, finishes, fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, and other approved options. This allows a buyer to personalize the home while still enjoying the benefits of new construction.

If a buyer is not secured prior to construction, the project will be built as a spec home and offered for sale upon completion.

By keeping the project local from start to finish, we believe we can deliver a turnkey home that provides excellent value for a family looking to live in a great location close to schools, healthcare, and everyday conveniences.

Didn’t make it to the award ceremony this year… because we were out doing what we do best, working.

Still incredibly honored that Trent Heating & Air received the 2025 Marketing Dealer Excellence Award from Robertson Heating Supply and Rheem.

This recognition wouldn’t be possible without the great group of guys I have working with me every day. Their hard work, long hours, and commitment to doing quality work for our customers makes a huge difference, and I’m grateful to have them on the team.

Something a lot of people don’t realize is how unique our service area is. We operate within about a 20-mile radius of Catawba Island, but because we sit right on the lake, a huge portion of that circle is Lake Erie. Which makes our real working area much smaller than most contractors.

Thank you to our customers and community for continuing to trust us with your homes and businesses, and thank you to Robertson and Rheem for the recognition.

Now it’s back to work.
