And that’s a wrap! 🎉

What an incredible week at the 2026 SAME Navy Engineering & Construction Camp at Naval Base Ventura County!

Over the past week, campers designed bridges and concrete beams, launched rockets, flew drones, built underwater robots, raced cardboard canoes, explored Navy engineering commands, and embraced the Seabee “Can Do” spirit through hands-on challenges and teamwork.

Most importantly, they built friendships, developed leadership skills, and discovered the exciting possibilities that careers in engineering, construction, and STEM have to offer.

A heartfelt thank you to our volunteers, mentors, military partners, sponsors, and the SAME Foundation for making this unforgettable experience possible. Your time, expertise, and support are inspiring the next generation of engineers and leaders.

Can Do in action! 💪⚓️

The Seabee Olympics brought out the best in our campers as they competed in a series of team challenges that celebrated leadership, communication, and the Seabee “Can Do” spirit. Through friendly competition, campers learned that success isn’t just about individual performance—it’s about working together to accomplish the mission.
