Dave takes every chance he gets to talk to students about the trades. The demand is high, the pay is good, and there’s a serious shortage of people who know how to do it.
He came up through BOCES himself. When a kid hears it from someone sitting across the table who built a real business from it, it lands differently.
HVAC needs the next generation. If you know a kid figuring out their next move, a career in the trades is worth putting on their radar.

From oil to gas, this one was a serious upgrade🔥
This homeowner already had gas at the house, so we made the switch to a high efficiency Navien system handling both heat and domestic hot water. Going from an aging oil boiler to a high efficiency gas system means lower operating costs and a system built for efficiency from the ground up. All new PEX throughout and a setup that’ll run for years.

Every one of these details is intentional:
✅ Isolation valves on both sides of every circulator pump
✅ Valves to the expansion tank
✅ Everything laid out for easy access

Future you will appreciate the attention to detail. When a part eventually needs to be swapped out, a tech isn’t fighting the system to do it. Less time on the job means lower repair bills down the road.

These don’t happen by accident ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Every one of these came after a real service call, a real problem, and a real fix. We ask our customers to share their experience because we stand behind the work we do. And when people take the time to write something thoughtful, it tells us we’re on the right track.
To every customer who’s left us a review, we appreciate you🧡🙏

This is what the right team can do🔧

That old oil boiler was beat. Corroded piping, worn components, and years of patches just to keep it going. The homeowner knew it was time to move on to something reliable and more efficient.

We removed everything and set them up with a brand new oil boiler, all new piping, fresh pumps, and updated controls. Everything laid out clean, connected properly, and built to run the way it should for a long time.
A clean install isn’t just about looks. It means a system that runs more efficiently, costs less to operate, and won’t need constant attention just to keep up.

Energy prices are up across the board this winter📈
Long Island homeowners are feeling it. Oil, gas, and electric costs are all climbing, and experts say they’re expected to keep rising over the next few years.

How efficiently your system runs has a huge impact on what you’re actually paying. When dirt, dust, and buildup accumulate in your system, it has to work harder and run longer to reach the same temperature. That means more fuel, higher bills, and more wear and tear on your equipment.

⚠️ If your system is 10+ years old, today’s equipment is significantly more efficient than what was available when yours was installed. An upgrade can make a noticeable difference in monthly costs.
⚠️ If a new system isn’t in the cards right now, a simple annual maintenance visit goes a long way. We clean everything out so your system runs the way it’s supposed to, not harder than it needs to.

Temperatures are climbing back up. That’s the good news. 🌡️
But frozen pipes don’t always show damage right away. Tiny cracks can form in the pipe while it’s frozen, but everything stays contained because the water inside is ice. Once things start to thaw, that’s when the leaking begins. Sometimes in places you can’t even see. Check the graphic for the warning signs to look out for around your home.
If you’re noticing any of these after a freeze, don’t wait on it. A small leak can turn into a big problem. The kind of stuff that gets expensive quick.

🚨 Your furnace keeps shutting off? It might be simpler than you think.

Got called out for a furnace that kept hitting its high limit. That’s a safety switch built into the furnace that monitors temperature. If things get too hot, it trips and shuts the system down to prevent damage. Turns out the AC coil was completely clogged with pet hair. With no filter in the system, the build up on the coil was choking airflow so badly the furnace had nowhere to dump its heat, so it kept tripping the limit.

Here’s what that leads to:
🔹 Furnace overheats, shuts down, cools off, fires back up on repeat
🔹 That short cycling wears out components way faster than normal
🔹 Energy bills go up while comfort goes down
🔹 A minor issue turns into an unexpected breakdown

This is exactly the kind of thing that gets caught on a routine maintenance. We swap your filter, inspect the coil, and make sure your system isn’t slowly killing itself between seasons.

Single digit temps and no heat? That’s a nightmare no one plans for. 🔥

The past few nights, our phones were ringing nonstop with emergency no-heat calls. But a lot of them could’ve been avoided with one simple step.

Here’s one of our techs performing a routine annual maintenance. That’s all it takes to catch the small stuff before it leaves you in the cold.

Here’s what happens when maintenance gets skipped:
* Small issues build up quietly until your system can’t keep up
* A minor fix turns into an emergency on the coldest night of the year
* You’re stuck waiting for a repair instead of staying warm
* Your system works harder, runs less efficiently, and wears out faster

An annual maintenance keeps everything running safely and reliably so you’re not scrambling when the temps drop.
