Thanks to the incredible support of our Fish-O-Rama and Golf Tournament 2026 fundraisers, we're excited to give back to classrooms across Southeast Texas.

If you're a Region 5 educator, you can apply for a STEAM Classroom Grant of up to $5,000 to support innovative projects, equipment, technology, supplies, or hands-on learning experiences that inspire students in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. 🧪📚🎨💻

Investing in the future workforce starts with investing in education.

Last week, Indorama Ventures: Indovinya - Port Neches Operations partnered with Lamar Institute of Technology through the Instruction to Industry Externship Program, giving educators a firsthand look at the skills, technology, and teamwork that power modern manufacturing.

Chelsea Hoke spent time with our maintenance, reliability, operations, and instrumentation teams, helping strengthen the connection between classroom learning and real-world industry needs.

A special thank you to Jason Patterson for leading this effort and championing workforce development. Partnerships like these help build a stronger pipeline of skilled professionals, and we're proud to see many LIT graduates thriving today in careers across our site.

Port Neches Operations was proud to support Nederland Independent School District’s STEM Camp this week, helping empower young minds to think, discover, and create.

Our volunteers hosted three hands-on stations for the kids: chemical reactions (stretchy worms), electric circuits (light-up firefly jars), and a marble roller coaster build testing gravity and design. The energy in the room said it all, plenty of wide-eyed excitement and a few proud engineers in the making.

Thank you to our employee volunteers who gave their time to make STEM fun and accessible for NISD students. This is who we are!
