ScaleWings Aircraft installing our Turbo oxygen maker at the factory in the 1/3 scale sw-51 mustang. Equipped with the hybrid concentrator bottle system for ultra high flight PLUS the AHV HealthView for hardwired biometrics and the dual function AIR Avionics com radio. This plane will be in the 🇺🇸 soon. 🤩 🇵🇱

The Turbo O2 is located under the pilot seat and this plane is equipped with the AHV-11 display but future ones will use the 2 1/4 dial due to the combo radio and health functions that eliminates the need for two separate instruments. The oxygen bottle is the ultra small 47L seen to the right of the pilot leg area. Not much bottled oxygen is required because the Turbo generates its own
Oxygen using 80 watts. There is also a dedicated oxygen panel with the button, hardwired oximeter plug, concentrator plug, and bypass bottle oxygen backup. This plane has it all.

Annual build seminar this weekend was a success. 60 Sling Aircraft builders plus Garmin Aviation, propellers, Aithre, Midwest Panel Builders and Midwest Sky Sports. This 2 day event gives new aircraft owners access to information and people needed to safely use their new planes.

This week we were in Coeur d’Alene as the lead sponsor for the international Cessna 180/185 club. We donated two Turbo portable oxygen makers which netted $6,200 at the live auction for their youth scholarship fund. As a bonus we got to see Burt Rutan give a presentation on his career. Amazing event and happy to have so much interest in our oxygen system from back country pilots.

The RAF Red Arrows put on a breathtaking performance yesterday at AirVenture Oshkosh 2026! This was their first time appearing at this show, with them making the long journey from the UK to preform. We hope to see them at Oshkosh in the future!

At just 17 years old, Mack Rutherford became the youngest person ever to fly solo around the world, completing a journey through 52 countries across five continents.
