Hello everyone!

We’re making great progress on the Vanaheimr Apartments in downtown Poulsbo, WA!

This three-story mixed-use building will feature 27 residential units and retail space on the ground level. It’s been exciting to watch this project take shape, and we’re proud to be part of bringing these apartments to life in the Poulsbo community!

We can’t wait to see what’s next!

Check out the great progress on one of our projects with the City of Port Townsend!

This new construction project will bring a 4-story hotel with 50 units to the area, featuring amenities including a bar, café, fitness room, and hot tub.

It’s exciting to see this project taking shape, and we can’t wait to watch it continue to come together!

The BJC Group is honored to have partnered with Southern Land Company to bring an exciting new collection of amenity spaces to life at Vertis Green Hills in Nashville, TN.

This project featured the addition of luxurious saunas and locker rooms, a state-of-the-art sports lounge and simulator, and beautifully refreshed co-working spaces designed to enhance the resident experience.
