Looked at this roof yesterday in Hollywood, Florida. Yikes!!!!!!!!!
This side is roughly 3000 Square Feet
The weight of water at an average of 2" deep. (Probably More) is 1040 Lbs per square.
So, at 20 squares of ponding water on this roof weighs at the minimum 20,800 LBS.
These people are in danger, sitting in this building!!

Here is a great video that shows the process to restoring an existing roof using a Tropical Silicone Coating System.
