Today we performed a valley repair in Port St John, and got paid by a local roofing company because they could not fix their own problem 🤣 customer stated the roof was less than 5 years old and she was experiencing leaks and rotting of wood. After assessment we detected the valley metal was installed incorrectly, causing water to get under the underlayment into the wood. Safe to say she will not be experiencing these issues anymore.
