This customer called last night because they had no water. Earlier that day they had a plumbing company out to fix a leak in the ground. After six hours of the plumber working on it, he was complete and they paid him. This customer found out later that evening that he had no water.
The plumber capped the pipe off that comes from the meter! 🤯 long story short, Dawkins plumbing took care of the problem. Showed up and got the water on within an hour.

We got to the ROOT of the problem!

One of our long time returning customers called about a re-occurring blockage.
We opened the floor and cut out all the pipe that had roots growing in it.
It seemed that when the fitting was installed it was not properly glued. It leaked for so long that the roots eventually started making its way into the pipe which has caused a huge headache for the home owners.
We replaced all of the pipe with roots and closed the floor. Problem solved, happy customer.

This customer had a cracked piece of CPVC in his block wall. This was clearly leaking for a very long time before they finally noticed. We converted to Copper and stubbed everything out in Copper. They were very happy we could get their water on so quickly!
