Established in 1991, TRM Construction Management, with offices in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, is a General Contractor that specializes in construction management of commercial construction and restoration projects. Although our headquarters have relocated back to Jensen Beach, FL we serve all of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts of Florida. In 2012 we opened offices in Philad

elphia, PA and Toms River, NJ to bring our unique expertise in commercial restorations (whether its a result of flood, wind, fire or other natural disaster), to assist in rebuilding post-Superstorm Sandy, which the effects of are still felt long after the flood waters have receded. Rick Miller, the principal owner has been licensed Certified General Contractor in Florida since 1983, and is a licensed General Contractor in NJ, PA and CO. We have completed numerous commercial construction, re-construction and restoration projects nationwide totaling well over $100 Million. No one can match our adept and balanced administration and ongoing operational support. We are fully aware of the pressing schedules and exacting demands of all of our construction projects. We have proven time and time again that we possess the talent and know-how to be a reliable and competent partner. Our Project Managers are among the best in the business. They take pride in the daily coordination of diverse groups of tradesman and suppliers, as well as working closely with project owners and on-site managers to keep quality and scheduling on-track. Our offices are equipped with the latest in computer hardware and software technology, allowing us to provide detailed project specifications and timely information on everything from budget analysis and scheduling, to governmental review, and permitting requirements. The many repeat customers we serve best illustrate our continued commitment to customer satisfaction. There’s something rewarding about seeing a project come full circle — especially one that serves the community and helps preserve one of the Treasure Coast’s natural landmarks.

TRM Construction Management is proud to share the completed improvements at Savannas Preserve State Park in Port St. Lucie. This project involved extensive site work and drainage upgrades, new decks, ramps, and handrails, updated plumbing fixtures and accessories, a new HVAC system, upgraded interior and exterior lighting, and fresh interior and exterior painting throughout the facility.

Our goal was to help create a space that feels more functional, welcoming, and accessible for visitors while improving the long-term durability and performance of the property.

We appreciate the effort from everyone involved in helping bring this project to completion and are proud to continue building projects that positively impact our local communities.
