"Contacted A/C Doctors when I awoke and realized my a/c had stopped cooling. I had no service contract in effect as I let previous provider's service lapse on purpose. I had gotten a 1-year service quote from A/C Doctors but hadn't acted upon it yet (my bad). Called for help, receptionist was polite and thorough, and advised I would hear from a tech soon.
