Finally, finished custom media center. I could not find anything big enough or I wanted in the stores or online. It’s birch plywood and cane, floating with custom spot for the sound bar and the reciever has a removable backing to cover the wires and ability to access the back of the reciever with ease. Also leather and gold pulls. I may cover the sound bar area with cane, what do you think?

When a client says, "What am I paying you for it looks like it never happened!". Thats a good thing.

Water intrusion fix. Had to pull up the flooring that was affected. Oh and it was glue down, so not fun! Pulled off the baseboards and noticed mold. So had to remove drywall. Then had to remove furring strips. Them put it all back together.
Drywall, finishing, texture, flooring baseboards, caulk, putty, paint.
Note to homeowners- whenever you get a job done please get extra material for when the unthinkable happens. Most tile and wood floors are not available in a year. This client had extra and because of that, it looks like nothing ever happened
