Please welcome Gizmo, our new office mascot, a charming 9-week-old golden retriever. He has already successfully protected us from one very persistent broom, stood watch for suspicious delivery guys, and is serving as an official Just Chillin’ greeter.

Your fabulous company...what can I say!? Im so grateful.
My mom called Just Chillin about an AC concern and Jimmy went right over to fix it.
I’m all the way in Miami and was super worried about my mom being in that heat and possibly having to wait all night until the next day in that heat.
And BAM. Fixed same day.

We know it is super-HOT outside.
Did you know most air conditioning systems in South Florida are designed to cool your home at 75 degrees when it is 91 degrees outside. So, when it is 100 degrees outside, some systems cannot keep up with your cooling needs depending on how your home was designed. Keeping your filter clean, your blinds/curtain closed, and planting shade trees are some ways to combat the heat.
