This past weekend (and up until tonight), we celebrated not just three birthdays—but three of the people who pour their energy, love, and hustle into this place every single day. The Aries energy was in full force: bold, passionate, and fiercely committed  ♈🔥

We started with Sandra (March 27), our fearless COO. She’s the one who keeps us grounded, fueled, and taken care of—before we even know we need it. She leads with quiet strength and sharp instincts, balancing the chaos of business and family like it’s second nature. Behind every smooth day at Dom Bella, there’s a little bit of Sandra magic working in the background (and probably a cafecito in her hand ☕).

Then came Alexandra (March 31), our sharp-as-a-tack Office Manager who brings structure, soul, and a lightning-fast wit. She’s the one with the solution before you’ve finished the sentence and a signature side-eye that’s both hilarious and humbling. Organized, loyal, and impossible to outsmart—we wouldn’t run nearly as smooth (or laugh nearly as much) without her.

And today, we celebrate Alex, our part-timer with a full-time spirit. He’s still training, still learning—but he shows up with curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to try that defines who we are. His openness, work ethic, and respect for the craft is a reminder that leadership isn’t just in titles—it’s in mindset.

Happy Birthday to the ones who make Dom Bella more than just a plumbing company. You don’t just bring heart to the business—you are the heart. As family, and as teammates, you remind us every day why this place is so special. We’re endlessly grateful for each of you 🫶

Another solid week in the books 🚀💫

We spent it in the field doing the kind of work most people don’t see—but always feel when it’s done right. Digging where we needed access, coating drains to extend their life, running cameras to get answers, and clearing lines to keep homes running smoothly.

This isn’t glamorous work—but it’s meaningful. Every job is a chance to prevent bigger issues, protect someone’s home, and do things right the FIRST time.

Not everyone made it into the photos, but every person played a part—that matters to us.

We don’t take the trust lightly. Whether we’re showing up for a first-time customer or a long-time one, the goal is the same: show up prepared, solve the problem, and leave it better than we found it.
