When we're in attics, sometimes, we see things.

And, when we see something, we say something.

Whether its attics or roofs, we get it, homeowners don't frequent these locations within your home. So we keep our eyes peeled and report back anything we find.

After I reported this issue they proceeded to tell me they had a rat problem (but wasn't sure if it was solved).

I proceeded to recommend Ranger Air and Heat | AC Maintenance and Installs to solve the ductwork issue and do a more complete inspection & also referred On Point Wildlife Removal to inspect to determine if there's still an active problem.

Over the years I've been in business I've built what I describe as Nate's Network. A network of service providers I use, know & trust.

My company intentionally continues to provided a great value and little things, such as camera scoping every vent we clean or Nate's Network, etc, that just keeps adding to the value.

We were at this customer's house 11 months ago.

They called us saying they've been having super poor dryer performance and they even had a warranty company come out to test their dryer.

The technicians concluded that it was an air flow problem but shockingly they never even bothered to look at the lint screen.....

She & I wanted to get this information out there, which we've been reporting/ posting about all year this year.

🚩 “Too good to be true” pricing

Please make sure you watch pay careful attention to the red flags that is discussed in both videos. Please consider sharing this information as these bait and switch scammers are very prevalent not only around the entire country but especially in our area.

A few months ago we heard from a lady who pay the company $3,500 when they were advertising for $79 Vent cleaning and then Even after spending that money she continued to have problems and they tried to get her another $700 off of her!

Next week on Monday or Tuesday we'll publish the entire interview which includes both parts.

Friends & Followers! I recently just last week did a job for a customer in Melbourne who almost got scammed twice!!!

Both my customer and I felt it was important to get this information out there to the public in hopes that it will continue to help raise awareness about these scams and tactics that are ever-present locally & nationally.

This video is part one of two.
In part 1 my customer shares her experience with the first company that came out.

I will release part two later this week that will discuss what happened when the second scam company came out.

And then next week I will upload the entire video which will be roughly a 4-minute video which will be a combination of both.

Both my customer and I hope that this helps prevent someone from being scammed!
