Job Title: Full-Time Scheduler (40 Hours/Week)
Schedule: Monday β Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM β 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Scheduler to join our team full-time. This role is essential in helping operations run smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and providing excellent customer service through both inbound and outbound calls.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable with technology, and able to think critically to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

π΅ Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently and accurately.
π΅ Make and receive phone calls with professionalism and strong customer service.
π΅ Communicate detailed information clearly to clients, team members, and customers.
π΅ Manage scheduling changes, conflicts, and urgent requests with confidence.
π΅ Use scheduling systems, software platforms, and other technology tools daily.
π΅ Maintain accurate records and documentation.
π΅ Provide solutions and support when scheduling challenges arise.
π΅ Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Interview Requirement.
Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate how they use technology in their day-to-day life during the interview process. This may include examples of apps, tools, scheduling systems, communication platforms, or other technology that helps them stay organized and efficient.

Previous scheduling, administrative, or customer service experience.
Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, or office management tools.
