The HR Operations and Payroll Specialist is a key player in our Human Resource team, focusing on ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, efficient onboarding of new hires, and the seamless ex*****on of daily HR operations. This role is central to upholding HR policies, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring our company complies with payroll laws and regulations. Moreover, as the primary point of contact for employee queries, this role demands a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality. This role supports all of our employees at our Port Townsend location.
This is a Full-Time, Non-Exempt position.
