SanRex presents its new SiC (silicon carbide) MOSFET module : FCA150AC120 (150A/1200V Dual MOSFET). Featuring very low loss characteristics in a transfer mold package, its innovative design achieves very low RDS(on) with 4.1mΩ at ID=150A. The low RDS(on) is stable over high temperature.

SanRex TechnoBlock technology (no wire bonding, with transfer molding) improves power cycle performance by 3 times over conventional packaging.
