Our Foundation Systems services include concrete foundations, underpinning, building stabilization, masonry, marine construction, pile drilling soil stabilization. Frank Scobbo Contractors was formed in 1931 by Frank Rose Scobbo and incorporated in 1961 by his son Frank John Scobbo. Primary services included concrete foundations and underpinning, masonry, asphalt paving and drainage, servicing the

Long Island region. With advancements in structure stabilization techniques, FSC formed a new division in 1997, for specialized underpinning services and vibrationless pile driving called Foundation Systems. Today, Foundation Systems provides Helical Pile Driving, Underpinning and Concrete Foundation services from Boston to Delaware to Pennsylvania. With the use of Helical Piles, Screw Anchors and underpinning bracket assemblies, we are able to provide structure stabilization services in addition to vibrationless pile driving for load bearing capacities up to 350 tons! Foundation Systems also provides complete Marine Construction Services, Dredging, Floats Docks and boardwalks.
