☔ Rain or shine, the fun goes on!

Custom Wire Technologies was honored to support the Port Washington Lions Club Lions Fest while also gathering our team for the annual CWT Summer Picnic. These events are a wonderful reminder of the importance of community involvement and the relationships we build both inside and outside the workplace.

Thank you to everyone who came out despite the weather. Your enthusiasm made the day a success! Between great conversations, community spirit, and raffle prizes galore, there were plenty of reasons to smile through the rain.

🍔 Employee Appreciation Lunch with a Purpose ❤️

Today, we had the pleasure of treating our employees to a fabulous lunch from Mel's on the Move as a small thank you for all they do every day. Our team works hard, and it was great to take a break, and enjoy some delicious food together.

What made today's lunch even more meaningful was knowing it supported an incredible cause. Mel's on the Move benefits Mel's Charities, with 60¢ of every dollar going directly toward charitable efforts in Ozaukee County. Even more impressive, the food truck is operated entirely by volunteers!

It's a win-win: great food, happy employees, and meaningful support for charitable efforts in our community.
