In the construction business this is what we call a glaring lack of structural integrity. Client complained that his dock levelers are failing. The bottom of the well is unreinforced and only 4” thick. No mechanical tie with the side walls so can assume they are without reinforcement as well. The rear legs of the levelers are punching through the concrete floor. Bright side, they need someone to fix it!
