We've begun construction of our new manufacturing plant in the Portage Industrial Park. Grading started in July on the 18-acre plot.

We take seriously our commitment to sustainability, so trees that were cleared will be replaced on site, in city parks, around schools and kindergartens, and anywhere they're needed in the city.

WinBat CEO Jeff Greene spoke to a standing-room only crowd at a kickoff press conference in Portage, WI January 9 to announce plans for a new h**p carbon battery manufacturing plant in the city. WinBat plans to hire workers laid off from the closing Energizer plant there. Groundbreaking is scheduled for April 23.
