Another major paint booth restoration in progress.

This booth has been down for over a year and our team was brought in to bring it back to full operational condition. Jobs like this require more than basic repairs — we go through the entire system including airflow, ducting, filtration, controls, and performance testing to make sure the booth operates the way it was designed.

When a booth sits idle that long, airflow restrictions, contamination risks, and performance issues start stacking up. Our goal is to eliminate every one of those problems and return the booth to peak performance.

We’re on-site at Subaru of Portland right now bringing a paint booth back to life that hasn’t been functioning for over a year.

This isn’t a small repair — it’s a complete booth restoration. Airflow systems, ducting, controls, and performance calibration all being brought back to factory-level operation so the booth runs the way it was designed to.

When a booth sits that long, problems stack up: poor airflow, contamination risk, uneven curing, and lost production time. Our job is to eliminate every one of those issues and return the booth to peak performance and reliability.

✅ Job Complete at Collision Werks

We just finished servicing the Collision Werks paint booth after they reported airflow issues affecting performance and finish quality.

After inspection, we discovered the exhaust fan was not operating, which was restricting proper airflow through the booth. Once identified, we addressed the issue and got their system back on track.

Because of the importance of consistent airflow and compliance, Collision Werks has now signed up for our Preventative Maintenance Contract. We’ll be stopping by quarterly to inspect, service, and maintain their paint booth—helping prevent downtime, costly repairs, and quality issues before they happen.

Preventative maintenance isn’t an expense—it’s protection. 💪
