Cold winter weather can cause your furnace to stop working. If your thermostat is blank, please check your condensate pump. If it leads to an exterior wall it has likely frozen. Two temporary fixes - go outside and pour hot water over the exterior line or cut the condensation line near the furnace and have it drain into a bucket and manually pour out. Our emergency technicians remain on call, however please note that if road conditions are too difficult we might not be able to make it to your home. Stay safe!
