This week's experiment: Notice one place where nobody is yet "that person" about climate. What would it look like to be known for one thing there? No announcement needed. Just start.

Your friend is introducing you to someone new. Before you say a word they add: "They're really into climate."

You're not sure about the tone. There's a slight smile when they say it. Hard to tell in the moment.

Either way, you're now the climate person at this party.

🔴 Molecule leans into the curiosity. Being known as the climate person means getting to ask "actually, what made you say that?" without it being weird.
🟠 Network sees the introduction as an opening. They walk through the door and see who's already on the other side.
🟡 Weaver scans the room for the one person whose body language just shifted toward curiosity instead of away from it. They walk toward that person first.
🔵 Metaphor thinks about reputation. Every artist, chef, and musician who became someone worth knowing got there by being known for one specific thing first.
🟣 Embodiment cracks one well-timed joke. Humor is the fastest way to stay a person instead of a category.

Being "that person" used to feel like a warning. Lately it's starting to feel like something worth having.

Notice when you're bracing for the wounding version of "different" before you even know which one you're going to get. Each time you catch it, you get to choose: keep the version of yourself that fits the room, or say one true thing and find out who's actually celebrates the whole you.

You're about to share something about climate. A post, a video, THIS carousel! Your finger is hovering. Paused.

That pause is a type of stage fright. The feeling before you hit send is similar to the feeling before you speak in public, and you get to decide what to do with it.

🔴 Molecule double-checks the source one more time. One wrong fact is all anyone needs to dismiss the whole thing. Only 2 extra minutes.

🟠 Network asks: does this move something forward and how does it connect? If the answer is yes, that's enough. Send it.

🟡 Weaver rewrites it like a letter to one specific person who needs to hear exactly this. The posts that feel personal are the ones that travel.

🔵 Metaphor scans for the image or unexpected frame that makes someone see the whole thing differently. Got one of those? Give it a try.

🟣 Embodiment hits send on what feels true. Something honest and a little imperfect reaches people in ways polished content doesn't.

Save this. Then use whichever archetype gets you to actually SHARE it.

Keywords: Earth Archetypes, climate communication, climate storytelling, social media and climate, stage fright, climate content, talking about climate, climate posting, climate action, public speaking.

This is just the beginning!

We've been sitting on the premiere How on Earth? LIVE! trailer since October! And just the the show itself, it has taken us far.

4 shows now in the can.
4 more coming this fall.
A 3 city, 6 week journey to chose the next home for both and the show.

Now we are so close to unrolling so much more.
Women on the street footage.
30 day challenge series
Maybe even a microseries (if we can come up with 60 cliffhangers!)
Then Climate Storytelling Week
Before Season 1 of "How on Earth?" in our new home

Got any other ideas?
Or cheers you can add in the comments?
