Lots of heavy metal in this one. Working on opening up a low ceiling house built in the 1990s. Massive structural upgrades using some of the largest pieces of steel that we have put into a project. Our crew surgically inserted two steel beams to carry the cantilevered garrison framing and the another to create a structural ridge. This .obwi design from 2 years ago is finally coming to life. Soon to be a great kitchen addition and a spacious ground floor gathering space.

We had a soft handover of our Casco Bay project to our clients on Friday. This is one of the most complex buildings that we have worked on so far and we are very proud of it. All of our employees and subcontractors that have worked on this project contributed some very high quality work. helped us steer the day to day in the field and his attention to detail shines through. Our fabrication shop custom built all of the cabinetry, built-ins and woodworking details and we are presently wrapping up all of the doors and drawer faces in our punch list.

We are not only proud of the high quality and detail but also of the performance. Designed by .design, this ultimate , consists of a double stud wall system, primarily low carbon construction and is fully electric aside from the gas backup generator and backup gas fireplaces.

Looking up at lines and angles of our new build in Falmouth. provided us with some big, clean lines on this project and there are so many great vignette that can be pulled from around the house. We are finally closing out the exterior work and the crew finished off all porch ceiling with a custom milled, white cedar detail from certain to warm up the future hang sessions. These are the details that are special in custom homes and are enjoyable for us to leave with our clients.
