F1554 Grade 105. The top of the spec at 105 ksi minimum yield, well above the Grade 36 and Grade 55 you see on some jobs. When somebody specs 105, they ran the numbers and need the extra muscle.

These are a small piece of a bigger order headed south for a dock fender system. Marine duty, so the hot-dip galvanizing earns its keep against the saltwater.

1-3/8" x 22-1/2", domestic steel. 5-3/8" of thread on one end, 3-3/8" on the other, three A194 hot-dip galvanized heavy hex nuts per rod, and an A572-50 square plate on one end of each.

Cut, threaded, galvanized, traceable to the mill.

28,010 lbs. of anchor rods. One order.

Here are F1554 Grade 105, some of them running 2-1/4" x 162", all domestic, all hot-dip galvanized, 18" of thread on each end. Plus the heavy hex nuts and hardened washers to match. These are not the kind of rods you toss in the back of a truck by yourself.

The piers at Naval Station Everett needed repairs. We sent the bolts.

These anchor rods are simply stunning. A customer of ours needed custom anchor rods in a hurry, and rods this size don't just sit on a shelf. Each one was threaded at both ends, 17" on one side and 12" on the other, then completed with 5" A194-2H heavy hex nuts, which are no small task in and of themselves. Banana for scale.
