-Self venting E-Series medical grade regulators provide
accuracy, safety and overall performance. When flow stops,
downstream pressure is relieved.
-Y-strainer upstream of water regulator protects regulator
from potential contamination that could lead to downstream
pressure creep.
-Special PW-Series “low pressure” adjustable water regulator
provides accurate and consistent downstream pressure for
optimal performance of the Bio-reactor.
-Low pressure 316SS type diaphragm relief valve. The larger
diaphragm area compared to piston style pressure relief
valves provides much more accurate pressure control with
very low hysteresis between opening/closing.
-Stainless steel multi-turn globe valve for precision flow
control.

-Full port ball valve design, GS (0.187), GM/GL (0.406).
-Regulator: single stage, stainless diaphragm, kel F seat.
-Gauge: -30 inHg - 0 - 200 psig (-1 - 0 - 14 bar), 2” dial, stainless.
-Helium leak tested to 1 X 10-7 scc/sec.
-2-PC Design allows for isolation and removal of regulator.
-74 micron stainless Pre-filter, protects regulator seat.

Big things are happening at Evans!
Back in 2011, one of our closest Pacific NW Semiconductor customers approached us with a challenge. They asked, “Can you build us a 20” High purity 316L Ball Valve?” No one had ever done it, so we gladly accepted the challenge. In record time, we delivered the world’s only 20” UHP Ball valve. Fast forward to 2020, the same customer asked us if we could build a 24” UHP 316L Ball Valve. We accepted the challenge again and delivered the world’s only 24” UHP Ball valve!
Just to give you an idea of the engineering challenge and scale of this project, the 24” valve weighs in at just over 8000lbs. That's the weight of a full size SUV!

Job Purpose:
The Cleaning Tech will be working with others, making sure parts are free from rust and welding marks. This position will require you to use nitrile gloves, face masks and occasionally aprons. The Cleaning Tech must be organized and have the ability to maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly conditions. Must be willing and ready to learn, be trained and able to work well with others as part of a team as well as independently.

Duties:
Though the specific job duties will vary, here are a few skills that could be required:
• Deburring and running a grinding wheel as well as a buffer
• Use of power tools
• Communication skills (must be able to understand all written and verbal work
orders and instructions)
• Organizational skills (must be able to keep work area clean)
• Reliability and dependability (must work full shift and arrive on time)
• Ability to follow all safety rules
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for 8 hours,
lifting/carrying up to 50lbs, pushing and pulling carts up to 100 lbs)

Skills/Prior Experience/Qualifications:
• Experience using power tools and manufacturing experience a plus
• Self-disciplined with demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently
as well as on a team
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

Education:
• Entry level position with HS diploma or GED
