2,700 Sq. Ft. of Pure Craftsmanship—Breaking Ground Soon in Beaverton. 🔨📐
At Mason Construction, we don’t just build houses; we curate high-end living experiences. We are officially breaking ground on this ground-up duplex in Beaverton, and the interior specs are designed to set a new standard for modern luxury.
The Chef’s Kitchen: A Masterclass in Minimalism
We’ve reimagined the heart of the home with a focus on "clean-line luxury." Forget standard builder-grade finishes; we are installing:
Architectural Island: A massive waterfall-edge stone island that doubles as a breakfast bar and a centerpiece for entertaining.
Seamless Cabinetry: Floor-to-ceiling matte white and warm oak custom cabinets with integrated handle-less technology for a sleek, uninterrupted profile.
Designer Lighting: Linear track lighting and a signature "halo" pendant that adds a sculptural element to the workspace.
The Spa-Inspired Bathrooms: Your Daily Retreat
We believe the bathroom should be a sanctuary. Our design features:
Floating Vanities: Custom-built wood vanities with vessel sinks to maximize floor space and create a light, airy feel.
Organic Textures: A sophisticated mix of vertical wood slat feature walls and large-format porcelain tiles.
The "Rain" Experience: Walk-in showers with frameless glass partitions and premium matte black or brushed nickel hardware.
Why settle for "standard" when you can have a space built from the ground up with this level of detail?
📍 Project Location: Beaverton, Oregon
📐 Size: 2,700 Sq. Ft. Duplex
🏗️ Status: Breaking Ground Soon!

"Before the polish, comes the plan. Day 1 of building someone's dream luxury nail spa — and it starts underground."

Stop scrolling. This is how a $500k+ buildout actually begins.
Every luxury nail spa starts the same way — not with chandeliers and marble, but with concrete, chalk lines, and a plan buried beneath your feet.

This is Day 1 of a full commercial buildout in the Pacific Northwest, Camas, Washington at the best LOCATION.
What you're seeing on that floor? Those orange spray-painted lines aren't random — they're the blueprint come to life. Every mark maps out underground plumbing (think pedicure drain systems, utility lines), ventilation rough-in, and sub-slab electrical conduit — all permitted, all engineered, all built to last.

The trenching has started. The rebar is set. The PVC stubs are waiting for concrete.

This is where luxury is born. Not on Instagram — but 18 inches below the finished floor.

If you're a nail spa or salon owner in Oregon or Washington looking to build out your dream space from the ground up — this is what that process looks like with the right team.

Follow along. The best is coming. 🏗️✨
