Sometimes the solution you need just doesn't exist yet, so we build it. We’re in the print lab today pushing out some custom enclosures for a new mobile project. Being able to go from a CAD model to a full-scale part on the Massivit in-house lets us solve spatial puzzles that would normally hold up a build for weeks. It’s all about keeping the shop rhythm moving.

Most alternators are 'dumb' chargers, but we're changing that at the bench today. By linking the Wakespeed WS500 to the Victron GX via CAN-bus, we’re able to feed the system real-time battery data for temperature-compensated charging. It’s a bit of a logic puzzle, but getting that alternator to talk to the BMS is what keeps these high-output systems healthy in the long run.
