We have been working on installing these power centers. In the first cabinet is a three phase, 480 Volt, 300 kVA transformer and in the second cabinet that is attached has two 500 amp three phase 208 V panels.

The block work has been done on our compressor building for a week. The weather won’t cooperate for the concrete pour. The concrete pad will be 18 inches thick to handle the 16,000 lb., 450 h.p. Compressors. The lumber has been delivered and hopefully the roof framing started next week.

We started our next project. It’s an 1100 sq. ft. building that will house 2, 450 horse power air compressors.
We removed 3 loading dock levelers and infilled the 3 garage door bays on the main building.
Saw cut the concrete pad, poured footers and are close to finishing the block work. 18” concrete floor should be poured and the roof framing started next week.

Finally finished up our 3500 sq. Ft. Commercial fit-out. ACT ceiling finished, HVAC ductwork complete, painting, electrical and roll up door finished. Final inspections done and U&O issued.

Finished up our Clean Room modifications in Frederick MD.
Opened up a wall to combine 2 rooms. Installed touchless door pulls and closers on the doors, replaced 2 HEPA filters, installed our Differential Pressure, Temperature and Humidity sensors and panel. Installed key switches for the Hepa filters and reconfigured the Clean room lighting and switches.
