After hearing other quotes people have been getting for 50 gallon water heater replacements, thought I list some prices of what I charge which includes all parts and labor and an expansion tank and fittings, electric $1,500. ,gas with smokepipe exhaust $1,900.00, or gas with power vented pvc exhaust for $2,800.00 all Bradford white brand water heaters, only extra cost is if you want a pan under the water heater, or if you want it in a different spot.

Hey everybody, with a stretch of warmer weather heading our way, great time to schedule a A/C tuneup , for 125.00, I clean outside coils, check pressures, clear and flush drain lines, check all electrical components , and check filters. Did a install first week of February, replaced a 3 ton goodman heatpump, installed 3 ton Bosch heatpump with 15kw heat strip and new humidifier

Had an emergency no heat call with outside temps at 5°/10°, customer bought contaminated oil, had to run a new oil fuel line from top of tank

Just some basic repairs on a boiler from the preventative maintenance performed a few weeks before, new : drain valve / new bushings, relief valve, taco air vent, taco auto water feeder, new primary control, and purged unit
